At EvaJoy, we prioritize your satisfaction and have established clear guidelines for our Returns & Refunds policy to ensure a seamless experience. Please review the following details:

1. Accepted Return

30-Day Unconditional Refund Guarantee for Unopened & Unused Items If, for any reason, you are dissatisfied with your purchase within 30 days of receipt and the item remains unopened and unused, contact us for a return and refund. Note that return shipping fees are non-refundable. Returned items must be in their original packaging, unused, and unopened.

General Return Initiate a return within 30 days of receipt, provided the item is in brand-new condition, uninstalled, non-assembled, unused, with no missing pieces, and includes original tags and packaging.

2. Not Supporting the Return

  • Return is not accepted for damage caused by unauthorized maintenance, misusing, collision, negligence, abuse, etc.

  • Arrived Damaged Contact customer service within 7 days with photos or a video of the defective or damaged item for a full refund.

  • Missing Part For damaged or missing parts affecting function, we'll send new parts or partially refund. If self-repair isn't possible, we'll send a new item or offer a full refund.

  • Doesn't Work or Defective Technical support for non-functional products. If the issue persists, a refund can be requested. For defective items, technical support or compensation will be arranged.

  • Incorrect Package Sent Contact customer service within 7 days with proof, and we'll send the correct item.

3. Special Circumstances

  • The Goods Have Not Been Received If your item is missing, contact us with order information for assistance. Some orders may be split into several packages, leading to potential delays.

  • The Description Does Not Match Provide proof, and we'll arrange compensation, resend, or refund.

4. Return Confirmation

  • Contact us via support@evajoy.co¬†/ (888) 605-2007¬†for a return shipping label. Submit order no., clear picture or video, and shipping packaging.

  • Ensure the item is in good condition with all accessories included. Attach the provided return shipping label to the package and follow the return instructions provided by our customer service for the return address.

5. Return or Exchange Cost

  • We cover return or exchange costs for quality issues. For changes of mind, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

6. Refund and Compensation Process

  • PayPal refunds may take up to 48 hours.
  • Credit card refunds may take 7-14 business days, depending on your credit card company and intermediaries.

Note: Price fluctuations will not result in a refund of the price difference.
